The contest is open to all legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 13 years of age or older as of the date of the submission Submissions will be open in Spring 2025 and winners will be announced in Summer 2025, but we wanted to give you plenty of time to get out there and get the best photos possible!
